Original COA review: the sample comes first

A practical, source-linked inventory of PEL’s current report display and the questions to ask of any supplier.

At the September 12, 2026 check, the 36-product PEL catalog linked 78 original report images. That is a document-link count, not a claim about 78 current supplied lots or a guarantee that every option has a matching report.

Start with four fields

  1. Exact material and selected amount.
  2. Sample identifier, lot label and report date.
  3. Tests and methods actually listed.
  4. Reported result and any qualification or missing measurement.

Open the original image at full size. Do not treat a resized preview or filename as the entire report. If the relationship to a current supplied lot is unclear, ask the supplier to establish it.
