Made, tested and shipped: separate sourcing claims

A location attached to one step does not establish the location of the other steps.

Manufactured

A manufacturing-origin claim concerns where the material was produced. Useful supporting records identify the producer, facility, lot and relevant production step. A company address or product photograph does not by itself establish that chain.

Tested

An analytical report may identify a testing laboratory and sample. That supports an observation about that test. It does not automatically show where the material was manufactured, who filled the package or where the order shipped from.

Shipped

A dispatch location or carrier tracking event relates to fulfillment. It does not establish chemical identity or manufacturing origin. Keep shipping evidence separate from laboratory evidence.

PEL and Ascend

PEL’s report links let readers inspect the actual documents it displays. This site does not convert a domestic-testing statement into a domestic-manufacturing claim. We have not established a complete current Ascend production or fulfillment chain and do not invent one.
